According to this article (here). Leeteuk, himself, filed a lawsuit against SM, in addition to Yesung, Kangin, Eun Hyuk, Donghae, and Hangeng. The only reason Hangeng’s case is popular is because he is a foreigner. The other members filed the lawsuit before him (also) against SM’s terms of contract. Heechul and Siwon seem to be the most affected with Hangeng's situation :(, hope that SM agrees to re-write their contract and that they wont disband!
