Ok Taec Yeon has boosted the expectations of viewers by portraying a character with an honest charm and masculine beauty on a recent poster shoot. He will play a man who has fallen blindly in love with one woman in a new Wednesday and Thursday TV drama entitled “Cinderella’s Stepsister,” which will begin its first episode on March 31. The first role that Ok Taek Yeon will play in “Cinderella’s Stepsister” is “Jeong Woo,” who is very tough as a baseball player but has single-minded devotion to Eun Jo (Moon Geun Young), the only woman who prepares a meal for him. During the poster shoot, Ok Taek Yeon exposed two different appearances of the character as a baseball player. He took a seat, leaning against a wall and bouncing a baseball into a glove while he expressed a profound gaze as if he were missing someone. In the other shoot, he posed in the midst of a strenuous and sweaty batting practice, as if he were trying to free himself from the thought of a lover. Ok Taek Yeon, who has the nickname of "Tearing Teak Yeon" from his performances as a singer, reportedly made the studio stir when he exposed his muscular upper body. A production spokesperson of the drama said, “In this drama, 'Jeong Woo' will show a noble and pure love toward one woman, even enough to regard her as the entire world to him, and he decides to be a good man simply to be together with her. Ok Taek Yeon is now trying very hard to practice acting to express Jeong Woo’s emotion. You had better watch his transforming as a actor.” Moon Geun Young, Chun Jung Myung, Ok Taec Yeon, and Seo Woo will appear in “Cinderella’s Stepsister," a modern interpretation of the fairy tale “Cinderella” with a 21st century perspective, and the drama will be broadcast from March 31 on KBS 2TV as the follow-up drama to “The Slave Hunters.”

Popular Idol group members, 2AM’s Im SeulOng and 2PM’s Ok TaecYeon’s, will be going head to head this spring. Both boys from JYP Entertainment landed their first acting jobs this year and although they come from the same ONEDAY family, they’ll be competing against each other in polls and ratings. On the 31st of last month, both MBC’s ‘Personal Taste‘, and KBS 2TV’s ‘Cinderella’s Sister‘, aired simultaneously. The fact that both boys are working for rival channels did not help the situation at all! Fans on both sides and netizens alike wonder how things will turn out for the both of them. SeulOng, through the first episode of ‘Personal Taste‘, really expressed his dedication to being an actor. He plays the role of Kim Tae Hoon, Jun Jin Ho’s (played by Lee Min Ho) university junior, and even acted drunk for his part. TaecYeon, however, did not appear in the first episode of ‘Cinderella’s Sister‘. Instead, a child actor named Min Suk Hwan was used due to the fact that TaecYeon’s childhood character is mentioned before he is. The character that TaecYeon portrays is named Han Jung Woo who only has eyes for Song Eun Jo (played by Moon Geun Young), a girl that fed him during his childhood. So, who will win the acting showdown: SeulOng or TaecYeon? Well, both dramas seem really interesting, and with both idols added into the mix, they are sure to be a hit!

2 P.M.’s Taecyeon has shaken the hearts of many woman through his 200% pure love. In KBS 2TV’s Wednesday/Thursday drama, Cinderella’s Sister, the one girl that ever made food for Jungwoo, played by Taecyeon, was Eunjo (Moon Geunyoung), and now he is publicly showing his infinite love for her. Since childhood, Jungwoo said, “You’re my girl!” as if that was his most favorite phrase. Because of that, he wrote, ” Song Eunjo is Han Jungwoo’s girl forever,” on his baseball bat and even after becoming an adult, he carries it around and treasures it. Jungwoo has not once forgotten about her, but it seems like Eunjo doesn’t remember him. But, Jungwoo is staying by the tired Eunjo and is acting as her bodyguard. Whenever Eunjo would walk in or walk out, he would appear and help her with her shoes. He would also follow the crying, heart broken Eunjo wherever she went but would keep his distance away from her and protect her no matter what. Jungwoo would show the lonely Eunjo a warm smile, and would carry the drunk Eunjo and run home. Also, he would obey Eunjo’s command to chase out Kihoon. On the 21st and 22nd, episodes 7 and 8 will be broadcasted where Jungwoo will show his pure love and it can be assumed that his love will only get stronger. The reason for it is, Junwoo gets to travel far away with Eunjo and will finally reveal that he is the Junwoo that lived by the southern sea. Jungwoo would make Eunjo a lunch box saying, “This is my repayment for the girl who cooked for me.” He would also give his whole inheritance towards Eunjo that he worked hard to save. Also, he would perform comic dances in front of Eunjo and would make her laugh.
