1. What is Puttles?
Puttles is a community-based sharing site that allow users to share anything they find on the web.
2. How many shares can I make on Puttles?
There is no limit on how many shares you can make as long as you are sharing really great stuff.
3. Do I have to login or create an account to view and share stuff?
You are free to use Puttles without being a member. However, getting a user account allows you to manage your shares and feedback to your shares in an easier way. Moreover, you'll be able to earn reputation points for your contribution only if you are a registered member of Puttles and compete in a global member ranking chart.
4. What is an alert?
Alert is a function you can use to subscribe for daily emails of latest comment updates. You will automatically receive "new comment" alerts if you check "Get alert of any new comments" while posting a new share. Alternatively, if you see a news, video, image, link or topic that you are interested in and want to be alerted of new comments for it, you can click on the "Alert" link on each page, offer your email address and start receiving new daily alerts.
5. Can I edit the content I added?
Yes, but only within 5 minutes after you post them. You will not be able to edit or delete them after that.
6. How to edit my profile?
Alert is a function that you can use to subscribe for daily emails of latest answer updates. You will automatically receive "new answers" alerts if you check "Get alert of any new answers" while asking a question.
If you are a registered user, you will have a profile page that another user can see by clicking on your username or profile image. To edit your profile, log in to your account using your registered email and password, click on the link "Edit profile" on your account page or click on the "Edit profile" tab on the top-right of the page.
7. How come I can't find my shares/comments?
